HeadSmart has been designed to interact with Google Fit and Apple Health to collect physical activity data.
You can access your data at any time by going to the ‘Settings’ tab and clicking ‘Download my data’ – within 24 hours you will be sent via SMS message a unique link to download your data. Please note that this link only stays active for 24 hours.
Only those involved in managing HeadSmart will have access to personally identifiable data. We will not share personally identifiable data with anyone outside the research team. However, we may publish data such as physical health data and mental health questionnaire responses anonymously.
HeadSmart was created by the King’s Centre for Military Health Research.
HeadSmart was tested in a small sample to assess suitability and functionality.
HeadSmart has is currently being used to monitor key worker families.
